BEFORE WAXING
To make sure you remove all the hair:
The skin should be clean and dry, with no traces of cream or other products.
It is advisable to exfoliate the skin 24 hours before waxing to remove dead skin cells and free any ingrown hairs.
For the bikini line and underarms, sprinkle talcum powder before waxing to protect the delicate skin in these areas. If you have been in the sun, you should wait 24 hours before waxing.
AFTER WAXING
If your skin becomes red, don’t worry, it’s normal. You can reduce it by applying a cloth dampened with cold water for a few minutes or a little ice for a few seconds.
Wait 24 hours before sunbathing or using a deodorant (in the case of underarms).
RIGHT AFTER WAXING
If you have depilated with wax, you can apply a little cold (a cold water cloth, for example) which will close the pores and soothe the skin.
If you have depilated with depilatory cream, rinse the area with plenty of lukewarm water, and you will see that your skin will be perfectly clean and moisturised.
