The Divine Facial Depilatory Wax will continue to be marketed as normal.<br \/>\nWe will continue to work to offer you new and increasingly sustainable formulas. This defect is unique to this batch of packaging and historically there have never been any incidents of this type.<\/p>\n<p>Defective containers start to deteriorate before the end of the heating time indicated in the product&#8217;s instructions for use. They may melt at some point and cause the wax to spill onto the microwave plate.
